Fall Brewmaster Dinner

6 p.m.: Reception with animal ambassadors at Treetops Banquet Room
7 p.m.: Dinner at Albert’s
The Brewmaster Dinner in September will feature Ballast Point Brewery, winner of the 2010 World Beer Cup Small Brewery of the Year. It will include three gold medal-winning beers, a beer brewed especially for this dinner, and a beer that is brewed only in very small batches for special occasions.

$79 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Limited seating, reservations required. Maximum party size is eight people. Must be 21 years of age or older to attend. Executive Chef Chris Mirguet and Chef Charles Boukas have designed an elegant feast in your honor. Please plan a memorable dining experience in a wild setting. Our three-course dinners, especially for you, are $32.95 per person, plus tax and gratuity. We have paired wine with each course for an additional $13 per person.
