Albert’s Breakfast Sandwich: Two eggs, bacon, shredded cheddar & jack cheese, croissant, breakfast potatoes, and fresh fruit

Buenos Dias Quesadilla: Two eggs, bacon, pepper jack cheese, chipotle tortilla, bell pepper, salsa, guacamole, and sour cream
