Wild Animal Park Photo Journal

Lauren, a photo team member, is feeding a giraffe from the back of a pickup truck with senior keeper Torrey Pillsbury.

This rhino and her baby are wallowing in a mud hole on the East African plains at the Wild Animal Park.

The interns find it amusing that each species of animal gathers in cliques, reminiscent of high school life.

Great photos! You could almost reach out and touch the animals! Is this how close the new " train" will get to the animals? If so, cool!

I was working on a puzzle that listed a number of different animal cliques.
Examples: schools, pods, herds, litters and so on and they had listed to that I had never heard of and wonder if they are ligitmate terms for animal cliques and am unable to find any place where I can find out.
They had listed EXALTATION and MURDER as types of animal cliques.
Would you know if these are really ligitamate animal cliques or am I right in believing that both words were a misprint in the puzzle?
Thanks for any help.

Moderator's note: A group of crows is indeed named a " murder" ; larks can form an " exaltation." For more animal group names, visit http://www.sandiegozoo.org/animalbytes/got_questions_groups_list.html
