There are number of agencies suppose to help the animals such as ASPCA. There are too many cute deers that people were asked to hunt them down. Millions of cats, dogs and etc... are killed because excess of them roaming around the streets, airport.... I was told to stop feeding the pigeons, stray cats and etc… It's all very sad stuff, but it should be another topic other blog dedicate to this.
