You are watching live video of the giant pandas from the SBC Giant Panda Research Station. The camera movements and selection of pandas for viewing are maintained by the panda keeper staff as part of their daily observations of the animals.

Problems Viewing the Panda Cam?

To view the Panda Cam video feed, you must have either Netscape 1.x or Internet Explorer 4.x or above browsers installed. Unfortunately, WebTV users cannot view the Panda Cam at this time. There is a viewing limit of five minutes, after which you must reload/refresh your browser.

Three Common Problems

  1. Heavy traffic, please try back
  2. Network surge, please try back
  3. WebTV - our apologies, but the Panda Cam system is not compatible with WebTV.

Heavy traffic to the Panda Cam may cause some difficulty in receiving the feed, especially for those using Netscape browsers. If you have Internet Explorer 4.x installed on your computer, we suggest using that browser. Please click your browser's refresh/reload button, or return later.
