Development and Membership Department

In support of the Zoological Society of San Diego’s mission and vision, the Development and Membership Department is dedicated to developing, maintaining, and nurturing a constituency for fund raising, community relations and future giving. We aspire to the highest fund-raising ethics as we connect people to our organization in a way that is beneficial to both the individual and the Zoological Society.

Charity Navigator is the United States’ best “charity watchdog” and evaluates the financial health of more than 5,000 well-known charities. Each charity is given an overall rating, ranging from zero stars to the top rating of four stars.
