G'day Mate! Get ready for a corker of a good time as we throw some shrimp on the barbie and lay out some amazing grog! Good onya for attending An Aussie Adventure, the 28th annual Celebration for the Critters, presented by Cymer, Inc. This event benefits the San Diego Zoo's worldwide conservation efforts on behalf of endangered species.
You'll be gobsmacked when you discover all there is to do at Celebration for the Critters: sample fine food and wines, dance to two bands, take a ride on the Skyfari, have your fortune told, and party with roaming entertainers. |

- More than 80 restaurants will be serving amazing samples from some of the best chefs in town. Plus, enjoy fantastic wines, beers, and spirits provided by over 100 vendors.
- Silent Auction! We have nearly 200 deluxe items to bid on, including behind-the-scenes Zoo tours, travel packages, jewelry, entertainment, artwork, and more. The auction closes at 10 p.m.
- Give it a burl! Take a chance at winning Zoo parties/inside tours, travel, artwork, or gift baskets at the Opportunity Drawing.
- Live entertainment on two stages. The place will be really going off with the Wayne Foster Band appearing on the main party stage, and Makai will entertain at Sydney's.
- Party souvenirs! Browse the Bazaar for a
prezzy for yourself or for your friends.

- Meet Joan Embery and her exotic animal friends, and mingle with show critters on walkabout.
- Stop by the Martini Bar for some luscious liquids and take home the blinking souvenir glass.
- Meet our scientists and learn about the important work they are doing all over the world. This year's Celebration for the Critters highlights programs in Australia and New Zealand, where our researchers are working hard to protect a myriad of species including kiwis, koalas, and tuataras.
- Join us at our Champagne with the Critters VIP reception and enjoy great food provided by the Brigantine, Azul La Jolla, Zocalo Grill, and Miguel's Cantina. Mingle with heaps of critters from Down Under and around the globe.

General Admission Tickets (enter at 7:30 p.m.) will be available for purchase the night of starting at 5 p.m. at the Membership Booth located on the front plaza of the San Diego Zoo.
