At the San Diego Zoo

This adventure specializes in hands-on learning that's customized for home school students. Each program is 90 minutes long. During the first 30 minutes of the program, students spend time meeting and learning about special San Diego Zoo animal ambassadors: some furred, some feathered, and some covered with scales!

Science Experiments with Dr. Zoolittle

Students can participate in a science lab with the Zoo's popular Dr. Zoolittle as the "mad professor." Dr. Zoolittle has lots of activities that connect science through experiments. This unique format makes learning science an unforgettable experience!

Animal Art & Observation

Students can hone their observation skills and make some amazing art work with professional art teacher Judi Bowes. Ms. Bowes includes activities that connect art to wildlife concepts. This hands-on program will have students thinking about animals in a new way!
