At the Wild Animal Park

At the Wild Animal Park, trainers and keepers use operant conditioning to enrich the lives of the animals and provide them with the best care possible. Come discover how the same training methods can be used to improve the lives of your pets at home—not to mention your friends, family, and colleagues (we won't tell them if you don't!). The program includes an exclusive training session with the Park's elephants.

The Target on Training Tour is for adults only, ages 12 and up. Participants ages 12–17 must be accompanied by a paid adult. The tours run from 9:30 to noon.

May we suggest? Don't Shoot the Dog! The New Art of Teaching and Training, now available online at ShopZoo.com.
