The May 2008 Animal Care Wish List
It’s Bear Awareness Month at the San Diego Zoo! Our Zoo has many unique bears on view, including Andean (or spectacled) bears, grizzly bears, polar bears, sun bears, a Manchurian brown bear, and, of course, giant pandas.
All the bears at the Zoo are in need of your support. You can help these special creatures by purchasing items from our Animal Care Wish List. We’ve included many treats, toys, and supplies to keep these bears happy, as well as important equipment to assist with our conservation efforts in the wild.
